The nationally owned "Petroleos Mexicanos" (Pemex), is the
only formal seller of fuel in the Baja.

With the exception of the Tijuana-Ensenada toll road, all
non-symbolic highway signs are in Spanish.

You should not associate these distances with the time required to
drive between the points on the highway.
